Refund Policy

Booking Advance

• Some services or packages may require an advance payment to reserve the date, time and beauty professional.
• The advance amount and final payable amount are confirmed before booking confirmation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is subject to team and beautician availability for the requested new date or time.
• If a customer cancels close to the appointment time, advance payment may be non-refundable because the slot and professional were reserved.
• If Glow Makeover cannot provide the confirmed service due to internal availability issues, we will offer rescheduling or refund of eligible advance.

Service Concerns

• Any concern should be reported during the service or immediately after completion so the team can assist.
• Refunds are not guaranteed for subjective preferences after service completion, but genuine service issues will be reviewed fairly.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed to the original or mutually agreed payment method.
• Bank, wallet or payment gateway processing time may vary depending on the provider.
